Location Details

The Turquoise Project is located in the Tuzla area just 10 mins from Bodrum airport.  The development is uniquely positioned with Tuzla Lake on one side and the Agean coastline and beaches on the other.

By air - Turkish Airlines (THY) has regular flights to/from all worldwide capitals and major cities and a fine network of domestic flights.
A 45 minute plane journey from Istanbul will bring you to Milas-Bodrum Airport, only 35km from Bodrum. Direct charter flights are also available.

Bodrum Marina is one of the best marinas for yachts of the Turkish Turquoise Coast.

Local climate

Bodrum's climate is close to perfect. In summer, the dry heat rarely exceeds 35°C, while the water is a beautiful 25°C.  In winter, although it gets chilly, temperatures can be mild enough to dine outside.

The pelican is among the most frequent species of bird to be seen here, while another common sights are the great white and little egret.  Between the months of October and April, flamingos flock to the area by their thousands.

Payment Schedule

€3,000.00 Reservation Fee - Required immediately to remove property from sale and freeze the price.

30% of Purchase Price - Required on contract (less €3,000 Reservation Fee). Investors can expect to move to contract usually within 30 days of initial reservation payment .

20% of Purchase Price - Required approx 6 months after contract.

20% of Purchase Price - Required approx 1 year after contract

20% of Purchase Price - Required approx 18 months after contract

Remaining 10% - Required upon completion of the property, estimated 4th quarter of 2008
