Location Details
Altinkum is a growing resort bordering the Agean Sea on the west coast of Turkey. The Viva Mar development is positioned just off of the new marina road in Didim, Altinkum between Bodrum and Izmir.
This area of Turkey is 380km east of Athens, 250km north of Crete and 550km north west of Cyprus.

Viva Mar is located only 4.5km from the new proposed golf course, 3km from the new marina, which starts construction in October 06, and 5 beautiful beaches lie within a 4km radius of the complex.
Local Climate
Altinkum weather is very reliable, Long days of beautiful sunshine with regular cool breezes make it ideal holiday weather. Blue skies are guaranteed, as is sunshine and warm water on the Aegean coast in the summer.
Coastal areas in general have milder winters compared with the UK and very warm summers, with the southern coast hitting 35°C or more in July.

The Region
Altinkum is a growing tourist resort where property prices are considerably lower than in other more established resorts along the same stretch of coast.
The region is easily reached from both Bodrum and Izmir airports with very reasonable transfer times from both. With the increase in popularity of Turkey and the Aegean coast in general, more flights are expected, creating greater competition and lower fares.
Mortgages are about to become possible in Turkey and this is expected to drastically increase interest in Turkish property and drive prices upwards.
Altinkum is as lively or as quiet as you wish to make it, with over 50 bars, 10 discos and 60 restaurants. While night life is not on the same scale as Bodrum, this is certainly not a remote location.

The development is situated next to Didmya Village (Goran) which is famous for the Temple of Apollo. This makes the land surrounding the complex protected and free from over development.

€500 Reservation Fee - Required immediately to remove property from sale and freeze the price. At this stage investors have the option to choose 1 of 3 payment plans. Prices of properties vary depending on the payment plan chosen. Typically, the total property price is lower the sooner an investor pays a higher percentage of the total cost.
Payment Plan 1:
80% of Purchase Price - Required on contract (less €500 Reservation Fee). Investors can expect to move to contract usually within 30 days of initial reservation payment.
